Our Story

Like many great stories, ours started with an outstanding plate of southern style barbecue. You know the type: the kind of food that’ll silence a room, leaving only the sound of chewing. The kind of food that brings strangers together as friends in conversation. The kind of food that leaves you speechless, and able to think only of your next cook. Once you taste barbecue like that, it’s hard to go back to average food ever again.

With a passion for good food and an extensive background in metal fabrication, we knew we had what it takes to produce the best handcrafted barbecues around. After all, only the best quality barbeque could provide the quality of food we were after.

Over the years our design was tried, tested, redesigned, torture tested and finally perfected. After countless tests and taste tests, which included excessive amounts of meat, we felt full and fully satisfied with the work we had produced.
